Today I visited the orthodontic office and was greeted by a very kind orthodontist and assistant. Initially, I felt quite nervous, but they reassured me and made me feel at home, which helped ease my anxiety. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed. A perfect 10/10!

My daughter started her braces journey in 2023 with a skilled orthodontist. Her teeth were quite misaligned, and she still had several baby teeth. After those were removed, her braces were fitted. The team was wonderful throughout the entire process, with all staff—from reception to medical personnel—being reassuring and informative. My daughter has a strong fear of dental visits, but they made her feel comfortable and confident. After 30 months, her braces were removed, and the results are remarkable. My son also requires braces, and we have decided to have the same team assist him. I highly recommend this orthodontic clinic. Thank you for giving my daughter such a beautiful smile!
The service we received from beginning to end has been outstanding. We were always able to secure appointments when needed, and they were punctual. I was 14 when I got my braces and felt quite apprehensive about the entire process. The orthodontist and team were exceptionally friendly and quickly made me feel at ease by addressing all my questions. Now that my braces are off, I realize how fortunate I was to be cared for by this team, and I would enthusiastically recommend them. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff!
Unfortunately, we had to attend with another child, and the service was as disappointing as before. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the dentists seemed unwilling to acknowledge us, let alone engage in conversation. The building looks more like a house from the outside, with no signage visible. It seems they treat NHS patients as second-class citizens and begrudgingly provide care.
