They suck. Bait and switch. They claim to be a lender but rep is not familiar with any guidelines. In their marketing The claim to have true line of credits but only offering hard money loc with up to 36 month. My business is over 12 years old with established duns, and over 740 personal scores and I get bank loans no problem, and they don’t even have regular bank type products. Looks like they get your info she then blast it to other banks with hopes that it lands somewhere. Clueless and useless company in my opinion.I have 2 stars because of good texting replies, but is about the only good think about them.
