I ordered a replica wheel for my C7 Corvette... I received it within a week - but that's where the goodness ends. It was the wrong size wheel... I requested a return/replacement - and they were happy to send me a shipping label and an apology... but it took three weeks and dozens of messages to receive a refund. I shipped the wheel back within a day of receiving a return label - and they received the wheel within 3 days after that. Nearly 3 weeks passed and still no refund. It would take days for anyone to answer my emails or messages - and when they did - I truly felt as if I was intentionally getting the run-around. Nothing I did - helped to get my refund processed... I honestly though my money was just gone. Thank goodness - after countless phone calls - and dozens of emails (and yes - I was nice each time I communicated with them) but the whole experience was horrible. I will NEVER buy anything from them again - and I absolutely cannot recommend them. Their customer service is non-existent.
