Review Time
I don’t normally write reviews and I discovered this company had a pretty bad reputation after I ordered. I decided to write this because the part I ordered, a replacement for a factory spoiler on a 2018 Camaro, was a perfect match, painted well and to spec, and easily installed in the factory drilled holes. I got a communication right away that there would be a delay in getting the paint to order part to us, and then proactive communications disappeared. However, when I reached out I got a quick update and the part arrived as promised. Reasonably priced and exactly as described - though it took a bit longer than expected and required me to initiate communication. I would buy from them again.

My order was missing 1 of 2 bottles of "WOW THAT'S IT!" car detailing spray wax / detailer. I called a few times and kept getting sent to voicemail. I called for 3 days, on the third day someone answered when I called. Once my call was answered that third day they immediately sent me a second bottle which I recieved a few days later. All Good Now. But It seemed scetchy there for a few days. I had given up, glad I called one more time on day 3.
Absolutely horrible 1st time experience from Southern Car Parts and employee Brandy! I ordered the Cardo SPRT0002 Spirit HD Bluetooth Headset for $147.67 and then they cancelled my order and told me it wasn't available, but then raised the price to $179.95 and now 10 minutes later magically they have 1,000 of them in stock. Really very disappointing and sad that a company would do this to anyone. Congrats guys you have unleashed the dragon. Buyers Beware!!
I ordered a replica wheel for my C7 Corvette... I received it within a week - but that's where the goodness ends. It was the wrong size wheel... I requested a return/replacement - and they were happy to send me a shipping label and an apology... but it took three weeks and dozens of messages to receive a refund. I shipped the wheel back within a day of receiving a return label - and they received the wheel within 3 days after that. Nearly 3 weeks passed and still no refund. It would take days for anyone to answer my emails or messages - and when they did - I truly felt as if I was intentionally getting the run-around. Nothing I did - helped to get my refund processed... I honestly though my money was just gone. Thank goodness - after countless phone calls - and dozens of emails (and yes - I was nice each time I communicated with them) but the whole experience was horrible. I will NEVER buy anything from them again - and I absolutely cannot recommend them. Their customer service is non-existent.
