If I could rate them 0, I certainly would. A representative was ineffective with repairs, broke my toilet, and removed screws when questioned. They were verbally abusive towards residents. Others in the office displayed a complete lack of concern for repair issues. My problems have persisted for months, and I've been called outrageous names. I feel bullied and threatened by the staff.
