Alisha was a super helpful young lady whom dealt with each of my home maintenance reoccurring problems patiently and respectfully and was super kind and supportive. It felt as if she knows how bad this repair service had become by people waiting an hour to get through so Alisha was trying her best and was very helpful and I think other staff should take notes because this company standard's are getting lower btm I even want to exchange my housing association with Peabody much better then this. However Alisha I wish we had more people like you working here then probably I would stay with this housing association.
