Once again I’m asleep in my bed and awoken to loud excessive stomping at 2:32AM. Southern Hiusing claim they spoke to the family and the family said they’d manage it however the family denies ever speaking to southern housing and claiming they’d manage it. Southern housing are actively blocking me from going to the ombudsman because they know their actions are wrong. I first asked to open a complaint (and I used the word complaint), 3 months ago. However southern housing deliberately kept this between their personal teams so that I couldn’t go to the ombudsman. I’m now experiencing feeling tired during the day and low energy and I never felt like this before moving into a southern housing home.
Southern housing you need to stop plugging your ears and doing the opposite of what you claim on your website.
Stop lying to people about who you are because so far NONE of what you wrote in that residents section on your website is true.
I feel attacked and lied to ever since I started reporting noise.
It’s not as if I’m reporting noise that’s happening at 2pm.
I’m reporting noise that happens late at night, early into the morning.
