Pollute our sea, Christmas day water outage in Hastings. Billed me 25 pounds per month for a year and a half before bothering to check our meter then all of a sudden hiked our monthly bill to £55. Completely incompetent. Was called and was told that there was no evidence of a water outage on Christmas day, I said there absolutley was, and I am other priority register and was told 2 days beforehand that water would be delivered.. it never was, our water went off xmas day so had to walk 1 mile to collect bottled water from them and then walk a mile up hill with 12 litres of heavy water. After it was evident that I wasn't going to give in. They offered me £40 compensation to be added to my account. I agreed. I have tried logging in ro check it was credited as I didnt recieve any written confirmation. I am unable to log in as the log in here button is not working.. I went to the contact us page and even that forgot work. Sorry but what the f are we paying for. Other than eater which falls from the sky free of charge.
