If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. While I'm glad others had positive experiences, ours was a complete nightmare. The communication was severely lacking, and we were very frustrated with it. We requested payment details multiple times, starting from October 28th, knowing payment was due two weeks prior, but we only received an invoice the night before the wedding at 8:32 PM. Due to poor signal, we didn't see the message until the early morning, believing payment had gone through. It wasn't until the service contacted my wife late in the morning that we realized the situation, which was problematic since she was busy with hair and makeup. This unfortunate timing led to us stepping away from our wedding breakfast for about 20 minutes to resolve the issue, during which we were on the phone with them. After a lot of scrambling, we managed to make the payment, which was difficult given the venue's layout. We were then informed that all vendors had been assigned to other events, leaving us without support. They even quoted an additional fee to send someone to our wedding, contradicting their earlier claims of unavailability. This felt like an exploitation of the situation and their poor planning, especially when we had made it clear we wanted everything to go smoothly for our wedding. They insisted they were following company policies, but pursuing payment the night before a wedding after multiple requests seems unreasonable. We suspect we were double-booked and were simply brushed off. Additionally, the guestbook promised in our package arrived three weeks after the event, leaving us to consider signing it ourselves. We typically avoid complaining, but the entire process with this service was the worst I've encountered. If we were overlooked or double-booked, we would have preferred honesty so we could seek another vendor. Thankfully, the £50 refund took only two months after our numerous follow-ups. We have friends getting married soon, and they are now aware to avoid this service; if you do choose them, ensure you're not double-booked and get payment details well in advance.

The photo booth was absolutely amazing for our wedding! It was easy to use, allowed us to choose our color theme, and the setup was done for the entire day. We received a link for the bride and groom to access all photos, and guests could scan a QR code to receive their photos instantly as both images and GIFs. It was very popular among the guests, and everyone had a great time using it. Props were also included!
