I refuse to f ing believe that I lose literally 7 games in a row. Especially when I play rummy, happen to go out via knock but it was only 3 plays in, sometimes 2, and every single time.... They undercut me. Highest bs I've ever seen in my life. That's only the one game, don't get me started on spades and brick or whatever it's called.
They claim there is no cheating and it's all up n up. That's not even mathematically possible from what I've experienced. I am so pissed and so tired of all the cheats and lies from all the game apps where you play for money. I happen to love it but I despise the fact that they use bots to beat you when you know damn well you would have won. I can't be the only one to see how much crap their anti cheating motto is. They just better at lying about their stellar fairness, lol allegedly, than most those India sites. I guess i will never get what I want in that it'd be nice to have a place to play for a lil money, have fun and it be fair and you only win or lose based on skill and luck of the draw. Let me know if anyone finds this unicorn of an app that don't give it to you from the backside then gaslight you into thinking it wasn't a gd bot that just reamed you.
Games are unfairly manipulated in various ways, with Bingo being the worst offender, followed closely by Uno. I decided to uninstall after reaching my limit. At least I managed to get $10, but the imbalance in the games became genuinely frustrating. I was clearly winning against another "player" in a $5 game of Uno, but just as the timer hit 10 seconds, they played two +4 wild cards that I am certain they didn't have before. We had just engaged in a +4 battle, and I won, leaving them with no cards. The game's system seemed to generate cards out of nowhere to overwhelm me. This situation feels like it warrants an investigation. It's simply unacceptable.
How is this allowed? It's so clearly crafted with malicious intent, designed to ensure that games are primarily based on "luck" and that wins quickly diminish after any reasonable success. Even their latest game, an 8-ball variant, is deceptive. Shots lack consistency; the same angle and velocity can result in erratic bounces if you're betting high, or you might just win. It's fraudulent. You can reach the misleading goal of $35 in supposed winnings.

While playing cards, the game stopped functioning. When I tried to log back in, it said the game was still ongoing and wouldn't allow me access. It indicated there was an issue with the game, so I contacted customer support. I even have a screen recording of the incident. Despite showing evidence of the error message and my loss of $107, customer service insisted I continued playing and denied my claims. They cut off communication with me and escalated the issue without resolution. I was told my money was refunded immediately, but it wasn't. They claimed it was in the transaction history, but it wasn't there. I feel cheated out of $107 and have proof.
This will be the next major scam. Just wait; the owner will likely face serious consequences for fraudulent practices. They utilize bots and have terrible support. It's shocking how they exploit players. Their ethics are questionable at best, and cheating seems to be their only strategy.
