Southwark Council staff who answer calls are so rude. I cannot stand this council and the people who work for them. Customer service operator Pamela who's voice could be mistaken for a man. Absolutely rude. I'm speaking of the problems with my heating and that it's never happen before but she insists on telling me no I am wrong and this is how it is, as if she's been living in my home and then has the absolute cheek to hang up the phone.Honestly, if you are unhappy in your job by all means leave, you're not being forced.
