Absolutely horrible. Had a waterleak that leaked into my kitchen-lamps, Southwark council refused to send someone out unless I had a report filed. Was on the phone for over an hour and even though the water leak is Southwark councils responsibility- no help whatsoever. Never experienced such a bad service.
