I should start by saying that the staff, classes and facilities at Dulwich Leisure Centre are really great. I know there have been teething problems in relation to the handover from Everyone Active. That said, I have had repeated problems with setting up direct debits, and my memberships ending, as a result of the direct debit plan I was told I had, not actually existing. Mostly, I think this is to do with some staff not being aware that silver memberships plans do not seem to have a direct debit option. The SL app is also problematic for purchasing new membership plans and you can end up purchasing a plan without realising it, as the payment process can hang. I hope that the back office processes for taking payments can be improved, so that they are as good as the staff, classes, etc.
