i booked a vacation with them phx to vegas one overnight airfare and shuttle. i cancelled a month before travel and got my airline ticket credit but they said i didnt buy the travel insurance so i dont get my hotel and shuttle reimbursed i told them in email to send me the documentation of my booking that stated no refund policy and they never responded to my multiple emails . i could have booked the hotel for same price with cancellation included its so horrible how they handle their business practice . dont use them ever
