My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The service is lacking, with unannounced outages leaving customers without essential services and no updates on the company website. Additionally, the behavior of the engineers is unacceptable; they were rude and disrespectful. This reflects poorly on the company and severely undermines customer trust.
