Having been a council tenant for over 20yrs I'm now with sovereign(almost 3 yrs) I've had issues over a shared driveway with parking for 2 cars per household since I arrived.After numerous phone calls asking for help the issues are still ongoing.Spoke to a housing officer last time I rang who was downright rude and couldn't care less.Nothing has been resolved to date and no further measures put in place that I requested.This was 6 months ago.I fully understand they have alot of issues to deal with but I have found their lack of interest truly shocking and would never recommend then to anyone!
