They are useless takes ages to answer the phone keep you hanging on. Their repair team are in general great but have there hands tied to actually resolve anything as have to get permission from management.Many many phone calls for so many issues take months to sort(lol).Now have very low hot water pressure taking 45 mins to run 6 inches of bath water can only run 1 hot tap at a time. Have made an official complaint but still not resolved. We gave a disabled person living in the house as well but nothing gets them moving to resolve the problem. It took 10 months to have the new kitchen made safe.TOTALLY INCOMPETENT
