I am fuming, reported my Pulsa Coil water heated had failed, 6 weeks outside of the 2 year warranty, what a suprise!!!!. An "engineer" turned up 2 hours later looking absolutely peed off and just stood there glaring and without saying who he was and not wearing a mask. After looking at the boiler for 2 minutes without even touching it said he could not do anything. He did look at the fuse box to see if a fuse had been tripped, now why did I not think of that duh.
