On December 4th, 2025, I placed and paid for an order that included a filament dryer and filament. After completing the payment, the order was never trackable, prompting me to reach out to customer support a week later for updates on its status. It was only then that I learned the items were out of stock and would not be available for at least a month — information that was not disclosed during the purchase.
I requested either a refund or immediate shipment of the originally ordered products. Instead, the company sent me a different filament dryer without my consent or any information about its model.
The issue with the filament remains unresolved: despite my clear indication that I do not wish to continue with such “service,” support keeps asking if I want my money back.
Unfortunately, my experience with the company reflects a total lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care. I do not recommend this service and will not engage with them again.
