I bought the original model from this company and faced weeks of waiting without any updates. I was repeatedly told it would ship the following week. Eventually, I received the printer and set it up, but as someone experienced with various printers, I found it needed constant adjustments. Changing filaments that require different bed temperatures means you definitely have to recalibrate the z-height each time. I encountered numerous failed prints due to inconsistent z-height. Despite running every test and calibration, I would achieve a few good prints only to have several fail because the print head was either too close or too far from the bed. Ordering parts is a gamble regarding timely delivery. I ordered a new head and an upgrade kit on 11/30 and reached out on 12/12 for an update, as I hadn't heard anything. They assured me it would ship on Monday. I mentioned I had pending orders and would keep it with them if it shipped. Now it’s Thursday, and I just received an email saying it was shipping, but it only showed a pre-shipping label. I’m done with this company. Once the new head arrives, I plan to sell it online. I’ll be purchasing another model from a different brand that consistently delivers great results without the hassle. Save your money and invest in a reliable printer instead.

After completing the payment, the order was never trackable, prompting me to reach out to customer support a week later for updates on its status. It was only then that I learned the items were out of stock and would not be available for at least a month — information that was not disclosed during the purchase.
I requested either a refund or immediate shipment of the originally ordered products. Instead, the company sent me a different filament dryer without my consent or any information about its model.
The issue with the filament remains unresolved: despite my clear indication that I do not wish to continue with such “service,” support keeps asking if I want my money back.
Unfortunately, my experience with the company reflects a total lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care. I do not recommend this service and will not engage with them again.

Unlike others, I'm relatively content with the printers themselves. They are "old school" 3d printers, and they assume a level of customer competence that people aren't expecting. But.... the customer service and lack of basic integrity (tell the truth and keep your promises) displayed by this company are a huge problem.For example, recently I ordered a new toolhead for one of my printers. I could have ordered it from a US distributors, but the Sovol website was a couple of dollars cheaper and they CLAIMED on their website they would ship from the United States. It turns out that the website was a lie, and they had no intention of shipping from the United States. They shipped the part from China, and of course the shipping company (4px) lost it. This is all bad enough. It is a basic expectation that a vendor will tell the truth and keep their promises. But Sovol didn't do this.Then, when I complained, Sovol made no sincere effort to address the issue. They completely refused to engage with the point that they had promised to ship from the United States, falsely claimed that I should receive my order within 7 business days, and when that didn't happen they continued to refuse to refund my money. It finally took complaints to PayPal, public complaints on every relevant social media platform, and many emails to Sovol to get a refund.This is unfortunate, because I really do like their products. But I'll pay more and just buy a Voron kit before I deal with them ever again.
Not really one to write many reviews but when a company is actively doing their best to resolve a problem it needs to be acknowledged.I ordered an SV07 printer as the online reviews rated it well especially for the price.Now the printer itself is actually really good BUT only if you know how to set it up properly and understand slicer settings. Those who are after a print out of the box with no setup/settings will struggle with this.On to the customer service, I haven't had a problem and contacted them many times. 1) Was due to delayed shipping of the second part of my order, 2) I had an issue with the printing plate but again replied to every email and have offered a solution I am happy with.Can't really say much else, other than for the money I'm happy!
Just bought a brand new 07 printer and it is dead out of the box. Raised a support request and they are asking me to send videos and strip the printer down. I can’t demo a printer that is dead. Asked for another printer or my money back and they are now ignoring me.
