I made a purchase with Spa and equipment and part of the device I purchased broke! I called the company and they asked for a pics of the broken pieces! Very shortly after that I had brand new piece send to me without questions asked! The lady that was helping me was Yolanda Melena. She was so professional and kind and I wish everybody in skin care industry and mostly customer service was as efficient as this wonderful employee of SPA and EQUIPMENT.
