Left products outside!!!!

The beds and other products are top quality for the price paid. The only problem that I encountered was with the shipping. I did not know that I had to specify that the delivery to be brought into the salon therefore they were left on the sidewalk in front of my salon. I wish someone had asked me about this. I certainly would have paid to have them put inside. Everyone was real nice until I called about the packages being left outside then pretty much they told me that was what I had ordered. I would have had to pay extra for them to be brought inside. I said I would have done that but was not told about this. I will definitely use this company again but will specify how I want the delivery taken care of.
