I placed an order from Spa and Equipment. The company left a voice mail at my home telling me that the item I had ordered was no longer available and that if I wanted they would send me a different model. I never responded and never reordered. A few weeks later I received the different model. I called the company to try to resolve this. The spokesperson for the company refused to take the equipment back and stated that I would need to mail the equipment back (with insurance) as they would not be responsible for any damages. They stated that I would be charged a $25.00 re-stocking fee. I have never had a company take it upon themselves to order something for me and use my credit card to purchase the item.

Here's the thing. You folks left a voice mail at my home stating that the item I purchased was not available and offered to send me an alternative product. I did not respond by phone or email. Yes, you did offer to send an upgraded machine with no additional cost, but you took it upon yourself to change my order and charged my credit card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Strangely, Spa and Equipment did not send me an invoice of that transaction. There is a Gold Standard of Service and Care to Customers that your company violated. There is a sacred trust and oath between merchants and customers that a customer will be sold what is promised and that credit card information will never be abused in any way. You violated that trust. There is a wrong way and a right way to do business. Companies with truth and integrity would admit the mistake and reimburse me for the machine and the S/H both ways. A customer should never have to pay for a company's mistake. $40.00 for S/H is little to pay to maintain your truth and integrity.
Presently, I am working with my bank to resolve this issue with Spa and Equipment.
Also, I ordered a facial machine, not a mag-light. You must be thinking of someone else.
