I placed an order on 2nd Dec. The website tracker indicated it shipped on the 8th Dec. As of 22nd December, I still have not received it. After reaching out to the company for an update, I received a tracking number over a week ago, which showed it was with a delivery service. I contacted them, assuming the parcel was delayed, but they informed me they hadn’t even received it yet. I understand the holiday season is busy, but there’s no reason for them not to have received the parcel that was supposedly dispatched on the 8th. The communication has been terrible; if it weren’t for some positive reviews, I would think I had been scammed. I responded to their most recent email to file a complaint and explain my situation, only to get a generic response that was a word-for-word copy of the original tracking email. This shows they are not addressing queries, and their responses seem automated. I am very unhappy with this purchase and the service.
