Review Time
I ordered a lamp on 16.12.2025. I received no updates from the company or the carrier regarding the shipping number. I only got an email stating that the package was waiting for me, but I never received any notification from the carrier nor the PIN required for pickup. They claimed they would resend the package but provided the same tracking number. This feels like a scam. As of today, 14.01, I still don’t have the lamp or my money back. I strongly advise against purchasing from them; this is a scam. They also don't respond to emails. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, but it seems they only showcase positive feedback on their site, which is quite misleading.
I placed an order on 2nd Dec. The website tracker indicated it was shipped on the 8th Dec. I still have not received it as of 22nd December. After reaching out to the company for updates, I was provided with a tracking number over a week ago, which showed it was with a delivery service. I contacted them, assuming the parcel was delayed, only to be informed they hadn't received it yet. I understand the holiday season is busy, but there should be no reason they haven't even received the parcel that was supposedly dispatched on the 8th. Additionally, the lack of communication has been unacceptable; if it weren't for some other positive reviews, I would think I had been scammed. I even replied to their latest email to file a complaint and explain my concerns, but received a generic response that was a word-for-word copy of the initial tracking email. This indicates they aren't even addressing the queries, and the responses appear to be automated. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and the service.

I ordered goods. Was not given a delivery day so I emailed. Was then told it had been delivered the night before. The courier they used is Evri. Some parcels were delivered at a different entrance. Mine was not there so I queried company. They ignored me completely. I reported to Evri on their digital support. I am still waiting for update. I suggest you don’t order from Space Artsy as they don’t care and use Evri which has a very bad reputation. They just dump your parcel anywhere
