The coffee is decent, but I was let down by the complimentary frother, which was a key reason for my purchase. It wouldn't accept the necessary batteries and ended up stuck in its compartment, leading us to break the plastic while trying to remove it. We had previously tried AAA batteries, thinking I had misread the requirements, but they were too small. Ultimately, it was thrown away. Quite disappointing.
