Have been with spacegoods for a while and recently made the switch to their matcha drink which is delish!
The reason for the missing star is that I noticed the bag for the matcha is no longer recyclable at larger stores.
Would be great to get the full range of products suitable for recycling.
It’s my first day after receiving. I can’t tell about the effect but the delivery was fast, I live in London.
Some people complained about taste but I can say the taste is amazing for Rainbow Dust, I made it with Coconut milk.

Cannot fault the amazing customer service, and honour of the money back guarantee. The rainbow dust is great, however, and this is a personal preference, the Astro dust wasnt for me on account of the use of sweetners, which they acknowledged and refunded accordingly. Wonderful team.
My minor issue with a missing item was very quickly resolved and in a more than satisfactory way.
The items come well packaged, quick delivery and great communication throughout.
The delivery of my order was well within the time frame given and the products within the package were surprisingly generous because, being my first order with Spacegoods I received some complimentary accessories and an electrolyte supplement, which were all a good quality and the Coffee/Caramel Dust, which was the product I ordered is delicious and better than expected. Great products!
I was truly impressed by how fast my order came, arriving in just 24 hours. My first purchase included the sample sachets... Hydro dust is a delightful drink; I opted for pineapple, and the astro dust (chocolate flavor) was interesting. The first time I made it with water, it tasted quite bitter and didn't appeal to me, but using milk made it much more enjoyable. Now, I kick off every morning with a cup of rainbow dust. I typically drink my coffee black, and by the end of the first cup, my taste buds had adapted, making it quite enjoyable. I will definitely continue using these products and am excited to try all the flavors.
I absolutely love the branding and the overall packaging aesthetic; it looks amazing on my kitchen counter. The purple spoon is incredibly useful as it’s now my personal drink spoon that no one else can use! The website is user-friendly, and the subscription comes with a nice discount, plus there's a wealth of information available about the products, including FAQs. Shipping is quick and free, though it could be a bit faster. I would appreciate an option for 24-hour or 48-hour delivery for an additional fee, or perhaps free standard delivery… just a thought.
The product has a very unpleasant artificial sweet taste and fails to deliver any results. Additionally, the company continued to charge my account even after I asked for a full refund. My bank will handle the recovery of the funds. Caution to other buyers.
The coffee is decent, but I was let down by the complimentary frother, which was a key reason for my purchase. It wouldn't accept the necessary batteries and ended up stuck in its compartment, leading us to break the plastic while trying to remove it. We had previously tried AAA batteries, thinking I had misread the requirements, but they were too small. Ultimately, it was thrown away. Quite disappointing.
