Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the company. I booked a room for mid-January, but my booking was changed to January 1st without my consent. This seemed to be done to force me to pay for a full month’s rent instead of just the time I had booked. It caused financial issues and unnecessary stress. Poor communication and disappointing customer service. I would not use them again.
