Despite paying multiple times for services, the communication remained poor. The check-in assistant reached out on moving day and dictated the time for my move without prior discussion. I genuinely believe that the company could be beneficial for situations like mine, but there were no suitable apartments available at this time. I truly wish I had more positive feedback to share....

When I reopened the payment window and clicked “OK,” the status indicated “pending transfer,” which I understand is typical, since the funds were sent to the IBAN from the previous attempt, not the latest one. My primary concern is the absence of a confirmation email. This lack of communication has understandably caused some anxiety, particularly for my parents, who are now concerned that something may have gone awry. I am not sharing this review to lodge a complaint, but to seek clarification and give the company a chance to confirm that this was merely a technical glitch and not a negative experience. I hope this will turn out to be just a minor hiccup in what should otherwise be a smooth and dependable process.

Poor communication and disappointing customer service. I would not use them again.
