This lack of communication has understandably caused some anxiety, particularly for my parents, who are now concerned that something may have gone awry. I am not sharing this review to lodge a complaint, but to seek clarification and give the company a chance to confirm that this was merely a technical glitch and not a negative experience. I hope this will turn out to be just a minor hiccup in what should otherwise be a smooth and dependable process.
