Unprofessional Service, Still Awaiting Retainer After 43 Days
I found myself compelled to echo another review due to my similar experience, which I would argue is even worse. Having rented an office from them, I'm grateful to have moved on and left this behind. This has undoubtedly been the worst experience I've encountered in the city. The community team lacked the necessary tools to address numerous issues, and the entire organization appears to be disorganized, creating unnecessary complications. Even months after my departure, I’m still grappling with their poor service. They promise to return the retainer within 30 days of a request, yet it has now been 44 days, and I have yet to receive it. I was unable to submit a refund request through their website (how convenient!). After encountering problems with how they interpreted my banking information, they finally informed me that they would refund 60% of the retainer in a foreign currency. They then closed the ticket, preventing me from responding. So I have two questions: Why was my retainer not refunded in full, and why was it processed in a foreign currency when I paid in local currency and provided a local account for the refund? Regardless, I have yet to see any money. They have completely disregarded the tickets I've submitted through their support system, and the community team has ignored my emails entirely.
