Unprofessional Service, Still Awaiting Retainer After 43 Days
I found myself compelled to echo another review due to my similar experience, which I would argue is even worse. Having rented an office from them, I'm grateful to have moved on and left this behind. This has undoubtedly been the worst experience I've encountered in the city. The community team lacked the necessary tools to address numerous issues, and the entire organization appears to be disorganized, creating unnecessary complications. Even months after my departure, I’m still grappling with their poor service. They promise to return the retainer within 30 days of a request, yet it has now been 44 days, and I have yet to receive it. I was unable to submit a refund request through their website (how convenient!). After encountering problems with how they interpreted my banking information, they finally informed me that they would refund 60% of the retainer in a foreign currency. They then closed the ticket, preventing me from responding. So I have two questions: Why was my retainer not refunded in full, and why was it processed in a foreign currency when I paid in local currency and provided a local account for the refund? Regardless, I have yet to see any money. They have completely disregarded the tickets I've submitted through their support system, and the community team has ignored my emails entirely.

After signing up and paying for my virtual office, I anticipated a seamless activation process. Instead, I faced complete silence from the management team. I submitted all required documents promptly and opened over 7 support cases, yet received no response from the Community Manager or the local team. There is no direct contact number, inadequate customer support, and a lack of accountability from the building management. Despite numerous follow-up attempts, I was left waiting with no contract, no activation, and no assistance — even though my payment was processed immediately. This situation has caused significant delays for my business setup and added unnecessary stress. In contrast, other providers deliver immediate agreements and genuine support, while this service offers no communication and no clear timeline.

The staff is friendly and responsive. However, the facility is not well maintained. The rear stairwell is in poor condition and serves as our main entry point. It wasn't painted during renovations and is rarely cleaned. There's often food and trash in the stairwell, which needs regular cleaning and painting. Our location is the only one I've visited where the guest entry is not visible to the receptionist. My guests often complain about the difficulty in accessing the building, especially when standing in the rain trying to find their way in. This could easily be resolved by relocating the access point.
The location within the building is excellent, especially for clients in the city. There is onsite parking, and a local service manages all our client catering orders. Additionally, there are several local print shops for last-minute materials and signage.
I had a very disappointing experience with this coworking space. The service was advertised to include onsite parking, which was crucial for me while traveling. Both the booking page and the website listed parking as part of the coworking services, so I confirmed the details immediately. After booking, I was informed that the parking wasn’t available unless I booked a private office. This information was only communicated the day before, despite my repeated inquiries. I canceled shortly after (almost 24 hours in advance) and explained the situation. My cancellation was acknowledged, with no mention of a charge. However, they have continued to pursue payment for a booking I didn’t use and had canceled for a valid reason. I’ve received automated emails asking about my visit, indicating the cancellation wasn't processed correctly. The admin team has been unhelpful and unyielding. Overall, my experience was misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend booking here without verifying what’s actually included.
