Like so many reviews on this site stay right away from this company two weeks after my son had his watched he needed to be repaired. I sent the watch back to them. They’ve had it four months. They first said that they can replace the watch for a cheaper price when I agreed they then said they had no stock despite their website at every retailer in Australia having stock their emails and generic emails probably written by AI and changes the name of the user time they ignore my emails now for four months finally they promised to refund my mobile plan money, but they asked me to delete my account first after I deleted it. They asked me to provide proof. They are complete liars and did not do as they promised. I asked them to return my faulty watch back as they refuse to do so as well. Stay away from this company at all cost total scam.
