DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH
I purchased this watch directly through Spacetalk and it has been nothing but problems. After a few minor issues, the watch has now completely stopped working.
There is no phone number to call for support, only live chat or email and all I receive are generic AI responses. When a real person does reply, they repeatedly ask the same questions without actually resolving the issue.
The watch only worked for around 6 weeks. A software update then caused major problems, with key functions no longer working.
The lack of customer service is appalling. I am now left with a $300 watch that doesn’t work at all.
If you are set on buying this watch, purchase it through a retailer so you have proper consumer protection. Otherwise, don’t waste your money!!!! Id purchase an alternative!

Complete breakdown of trust

The recent app upgrade has completely shattered customer trust. There was no prior notice about the upgrade, resulting in unpaired watches that are now useless. I've been in contact with the support team for over three weeks, but they only provide generic solutions that haven't resolved the issues for my two kids' watches. It looks like these watches will soon be discarded.

Disappointing experience

As noted in previous reviews, the watches have stopped working after the app update. Now I have two non-functional watches with no way to activate them. It's a significant financial loss with no support available. Very disappointing. AVOID.
