I bought this watch (explorer) through sky and there was an issue with the battery so I then had to order a new watch, again from sky. Same issue! I contacted Spacetalk direct and they asked me to send the watch to them direct so they could look at the issue themselves, which I did.They are absolutely lovely. Amazing communication, great advice and they have fixed the battery in 24 hours and sent it back.Thank you Lodin & Elias.
