Good watch and does it‘s job, I like how there‘s just calls texts and location, no social media. I can check my sons‘ whereabouts when he goes on bike rides and he know not to go outside the safe zone
I would rate this a zero if possible! Avoid making a purchase! There is absolutely no support available; calls go unanswered, and they don't respond to messages or emails when assistance is needed. My son has been unable to use his watch since receiving it. The only replies we receive come from their automated system. Regulatory bodies should look into their service. The product is faulty, and there's no help to fix it.
Everything was fine until I needed assistance. Customer service is nearly non-existent. I was charged twice for a service recently and have no way to reach them. It's astonishing how they continue to operate like this.
If I could rate this 0 stars, I definitely would. I purchased two watches in June, and for the past month, I have faced ongoing issues. I can't use the watches, can't track my children, and they can't communicate with each other. I've been emailing the company for three weeks, but they respond every few days without providing a phone number or alternative contact method, offering the same reply each time. The watches became unusable after the app upgrade, and the customer service has been shockingly inadequate. Avoid this product.
I had two watches for several years, and they worked fine for basic communication. Then came the new app, which has created chaos. All contacts are missing from one watch, and now they must also download the app to be added as contacts. This is ridiculous and overly complicated. The app has destroyed a previously simple system. Don't waste your time—consider a different product that works better. They don't respond, and the online instructions are inadequate and often incorrect. How can you introduce an app that deletes contacts from kids' watches just to push for app downloads? If I'm wrong, why don't you respond to my requests?
The latest app update requires ALL CONTACTS to download the app just to communicate with the watch owner! Why must everyone download an app? This is the worst design, a clear example of ruining something that worked well by trying to be too clever. Additionally, the representative is responding to negative feedback online with generic replies that fail to address the core issue of requiring everyone to download the app.
