The emotional support calendar is a disappointment

The emotional support calendar does not match the photos or description. It's a waste of money! The items are cheap, tiny plastic gifts instead of the crocheted items as claimed. They're so small that the script is nearly unreadable. Proceed with caution!

Misled by the product description

I feel misled, and I should know better than to trust photos and descriptions! The emotional support calendar appeared to contain cute crocheted items, but they're just cheap plastic 'tokens' with images of crocheted figures. There’s no way to request a refund, only a random address in another country to send it back at your own cost! A waste of money and a lesson learned—never ordering from them again!

Received the wrong product and no resolution

I received the wrong product, and they have not addressed the issue to my satisfaction. The customer service is very poor. They suggested giving it as a gift, but I ordered a waterproofing spray for external use on buildings.
