I’ve used this service a few times before without issue, but my most recent experience was beyond frustrating!
The item arrived in my country but was rejected due to incorrect or incomplete customs information. The required TARIC code was not provided, which caused the parcel to be returned. This was entirely avoidable and happened because of their oversight.
What made the situation even much more frustrating was the way customer service handled it. From the outset, they were dismissive and repeatedly closed cases without properly investigating or even asking for clarification. I had to do the legwork myself, contacting my postal service and gathering proof. Only after I sent a screenshot confirming the missing customs information did they finally stop implying the issue was mine when they were the shipper??!
Despite this clearly being their error, they offered a token 5€ in points, later increased to 8€, which feels insignificant compared to the inconvenience, delay, and stress caused. Even more frustrating, they still expect me to pay the full re-shipping cost plus a return fee.
After a major mistake on their side, I’m the one left covering additional costs and wasting time trying to resolve it. The lack of accountability and dismissive support made an already bad situation far worse.

Doorzo is for me a big YES ! I ordered 2 times, and everything went perfectly fine ☺️It allows us to have « some Japan at home » , the prices are attractive, the packages are well wrapped and protected 🫶🏻(The only things is the customs fees that are quite expensive depending on your order and country) Besides that, its perfect. Also, the customers service is excellent, and answers if you have any questions. I do recommend my eyes closed, and can’t wait to do new orders !! 🥰
The item came without parts and broken pieces. The seller never disclose this and still posted fake pictures with all the parts intact and good condition and complete set. We reached out to seller and doozo. Seller informed to send back the item. I am from Singapore. It very troublesome. Doorzo basically said they cannot do anything. They offered 1000 yen off for shipping in next order as compensation. They do not even bother to suspend seller or forfeit the seller. I do not even think of purchasing again from Doorzo. I have purchased few times from Doorzo. This is so unexpected from Doorzo. Disappointed. I bought the items for $270 + shipping $70 and I still need to send for repair for another $200 sgd. Sigh
