I had my second cataract operation in Bexhill SpaMedica a week ago.Sam the lead nurse put me at ease & was very professional & kind.The operation itself was pain free & very quick.I am very claustrophobic & I was supported to deal with this by the surgeon, who helped me with breathing exercises & reassurance. Staff were kind & helpful.The unit is very well kept without feeling clinical.I sent feedback to CQC because I felt the support I had was worth it.I would highly recommend SpaMedica Bexhill & I have already.
