From greeting you as you arrive, through every step of the operation, to getting you on your way home after itis over. Excellent experience. Only one suggestion I would have is to use tape when marking up which eye is to be worked on would be preferred to the permenant marker pen that is used. As it does take some removing, above an eye which is tender.
