This was my second visit. This time one of the toilets had clearly not been cleaned and the battery operated lid on the disposal lid wasn’t working so there was used paper on the floor. Neither of the drinks machines were fully working. The surgeon was over two hours late. The surgeon was two hours late the year before. There was not regular feedback from the staff about why we (the patients and accompanying people) were waiting so long.Fortunately, the surgery was completed swiftly and efficiently. However cleaning and repair issues need to be resolved and the possible late arrival of the surgeons flagged up for patients in advance.
