My cataract was very severe and they referred me to the Complex Team in Chester. Communication and appointment booking was made easy, they even arranged an Uber for me to go there and return as part of their amazing service. The building in Chester is immaculate and very accessible. The whole procedure was seamless and with a smile from all the wonderful staff. I was treated by Paul and his team with expertise and professionalism. I was in and home within 2 and 1/2 hours, wonderful. The next day I rang Chester as I forgot to get my doctor's note for time off work. Julie helped me to sort it out for collection without any fuss.
