I recently complained about the lack of communication from SpaMedica in Poole. This resulted in an response from Noor Saharudin the Hospital Manager that exceeded my expectations and restored my confidence. This was further enhanced today after my wife's appointment was cancelled with only 1 days notice until 12th January,which was inconvenient. I subsequently got in touch and had a positive response from Caroline Brett who responded well and manged to rebook the appointment for the 17th December, which is more convenient.
