Not a very good start to my progress! I got an appointment very quickly and recieved emails setting out the next steps. So far, so good! Then I came to the completion of the online form prior to my first appointment. I am very computer literate but, having filled in and gone over the relevant entries several times, I was unable to finalise completion. I re-checked and re-checked but each time I tried to submit the form it simply informed me that it had 'not saved' and to return to the form. No explanation or indication as to what was needed.I gave up in frustration and await with interest how things go from here..
