Last week I drove down from Glasgow to Rugby and just coming into Rugby, my rear brake caliper seized. The pads were down to the metal, brake drum was shot. Disaster! I was due to return to Glasgow that afternoon but the car was not drivable. The Spannerworx team was amazing. Nothing was too much bother for them, going (literally!) the extra mile to get the parts in, so that I could be on the road by mid afternoon. A really first class service - they really entered into my predicament and dealt with the situation as if it was their own. I am so thankful for what they did and very impressed with their customer service. If there were 6 stars on offer, I would certainly give 6 stars! Thank you, Spannerworx.
