Spanner Worx is by far the best mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in Perth by a massive margin!
From the first phone call I was bowled over with how fast I was booked in, very friendly receptionist and accommodating.
Met with Darren the next day and took on all I had to say with issues I was facing with my car.
Darren and his team addressed the issues but I still had more problems to deal with after going to mechanics for the same issues for 2 years or so. I have never been to a mechanic that is so open and honest in going through in technical detail what the issues may be and how to best tackle them in a way that would be most productive in regards to cost & effectiveness, even took the time to show me personally where the issues may be in the workshop.
The customer service here is an 'elite next level' service to anything I have ever experienced before.
If there was a gold standard of service for mechanics in Australia this would certainly be it.
I cannot thank Darren, his team and his Company Spanner Worx enough for such an unrivaled level of service.
I was given a courtesy car each and every time, even at short notice, though I wouldn't expect this usually unless I booked in advance.
I think this place will be busy all the time due to the unbelievable level of detail and honesty. I will book in advance to avoid disappointment.

WoW, Spannerworx, Amazing. Driving to work, I heard the worse rattling noise coming from underneath my car. Managed to get to work and was given Spannerworx as the people to call, this recommendation was by another garage ( that alone speaks volumes) anyhow, quick phone call and Joel "Aka Legend" without a thought, said he would come and pick my car up, and see what's up with it. So said so done, he picked up and brought my car back to my place of work and fixed. This was a live saver as I don't live in Rugby and had to get home. Without doubt I would highly recommend Joel and his Team at Spannerworx, They definitely get thumbs 👍🏾. Thank you Joel, Aka Legend 😊
I came into contact with Joel who runs the garage about a month ago and he has been a star ever since. Eager to help, superb at diagnosing he has helped me get my car back on the road and running properly despite the problems JLR are experiencing due to the Cyber attack.
Very highly recommended. Fantastic workmanship and customer service.We broke down on the M1 on the way to catch a flight. We were recommended Spannerworx who fitted our car in for a repair even though they were snowed under with jobs. They quickly identified that the injectors needed replacing as they booked us an emergency taxi to get us to the airport. They kept our car while we were on holiday and kept us updated with the work that was needed, the price, and the car was all fixed and tested for fluids and tyre pressure and ready to go as soon as we got back in the UK. I really cannot possibly praise Jodie and Joel high enough. The care and understanding, workmanship and customer service is phenomenal. Brilliant people and a brilliant garage.
Fantastic service from the whole team. MOT major fails and they really came through and managed to get me rolling again with new suspension links, tyres pressure sensor, brakes and calipers within a few hours. Absolutely awesome.
Last week I drove down from Glasgow to Rugby and just coming into Rugby, my rear brake caliper seized. The pads were down to the metal, brake drum was shot. Disaster! I was due to return to Glasgow that afternoon but the car was not drivable. The Spannerworx team was amazing. Nothing was too much bother for them, going (literally!) the extra mile to get the parts in, so that I could be on the road by mid afternoon. A really first class service - they really entered into my predicament and dealt with the situation as if it was their own. I am so thankful for what they did and very impressed with their customer service. If there were 6 stars on offer, I would certainly give 6 stars! Thank you, Spannerworx.
