The process of ordering a storage unit, from selecting the unit size we needed, to setting up my account online, and getting my Public Storage app set up was extremely smooth and easy! The manager of the storage facility even called to make sure we had everything figured out. We placed the order yesterday, and we began moving items into the storage unit today.

The whole process has been very efficient!

Friendly and knowledgeable support

During my initial call, the representative was friendly and very knowledgeable about the units. She provided all the necessary information and set expectations, sending my details to the correct location. I received an email with the location information I needed, and shortly after, the site manager reached out to welcome me and assist with my inquiries. He was very respectful and even helped reserve a truck at a nearby location. Thank you!
