I created an account, paid 20 leva fee and added my driving licence. Then, I received an email "Your driving licence is confirmed". 2 days later, I went to pick a car, and it was requesting my driving licence again.I called the Support and they couldn't do anything. They can't approve the driving licence, neither check the email sent.I lost 3 hours to get a cargo/van - Nothing done by the company to fix the situation. I ended using a competitor service instead.After a full week, nothing was done on the application. I requested a refund. I got a call to confirm the refund - Still no apologies or explanation about the situation. I can't recommend this company as the Support don't have access to check or do anything. The Support team on the phone said they don't have access to Company Messenger / Email messages. It's just disappointing and sad. Bugs can happen - Just acknowledge them and fix them.
