Extremely disappointed with the treatment I received during my recent phone call with Sparkasse. I wish I could give zero stars. I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive manner, as if I were a child, despite 13 years of loyalty to this bank. This is not the way to treat your long-standing customers.After over a decade of commitment, I expected professionalism and respect, not rudeness and patronizing behavior. I will be closing my account as soon as possible. Shame on you, Sparkasa, for failing to value your customers.Goodbye, and I won't be back.
