was deactivated from the Spark Driver platform on June 6, 2025 — the exact day I was involved in a verified car accident while actively delivering for Spark. I was hit by another driver in my 2024 Chevy Malibu and physically could not complete the delivery. The customer later reported the items as undelivered or damaged, and Spark deactivated me with no clear process for reactivation.I’ve since provided all documentation, including an open State Farm claim (Claim #53-85W2-14S), and participated in a pre-arbitration call, but Spark still refuses to offer any second-chance program or review. This has disrupted my income and ability to provide for my kids — all because of a real emergency that was out of my control.I’ve now filed with the Better Business Bureau and am sharing my experience here to hopefully be taken seriously. I just want my account re-reviewed fairly with all the facts considered.
